Anyone have a TIG welder?

Anyone have a TIG welder and know how to use it? I need to create a downpipe, O2 housing, external wastegate setup along with modify my thermal catback. I'm going to be using stainless pieces, so TIG would be awesome. I have access to a MIG welder, but I don't have the skills to make smooth welds, especially fairly thin tubing. I'm just trying to source out a welder for when it does come time to build my setup. I probably won't need the help until about 3 weeks to a month from now though.
