I have a 94 Talon ES and I was wondering if it would be worth putting an after market exaust on. Since its not turbo I know it wouldn't do much to add hp but I guess I just want a little more exaust sound. I hate that angry bee sound so what type of exaust should I get, or if I should even put the money into it. I want to turbo my car asap but there is always that whole money thing

Probably you cheapest option is to sell your car and buy another 1g with turbo. You would probably be able to break about even. There are a ton of things that you have to do to turbo a non-turbo, and I don't think it would be worth it. It's really expensive and a headache from what I've heard.
As far as your exhaust, less backpressure is always a good thing.:) The cheapest way to have a larger exhaust is to go to a muffler shop and have them build you one. Bud's Muffler in Denver hooked my up with my 3" exhaust.:D
Good luck!

Well, I have the same car. Don't know if you've done yours yet but I think it was worth the price. I bought my cat-back system with Magnaflow muffler. I didn't have an intake when I first did mine so I probably only gain maybe 5 HP. After getting my intake I probably got another 2-3 HP. I have a 2.25 system and it made a pretty big difference on the high-end. Where it used to kind of die-off at 5k-6k RPM it now pulls good upto about 7-8K (speedo goes to 9K).
The Magnaflow has a great deep and throaty sound to it like a mustang which is cool.
I also went to Buds muffler shop to have it installed. They did a great job and stand behind their work. My total cost was about 600 w/ the install. It's just a first step towards your mods. I hope to do a Header and downpipe to complete my system.
I also bought a performance chip off ebay that changes the A/F and makes it deliver more fuel but I'm scared to hook that up since it wants to tap into the IAT sensor wire and I don't know where that is on my talon. I think it's in a wire loom right by my MAF. Let us know!
