I'm going to put 3" test pipe 3" catback on my 91 GSX with stock 14b turbo and stock downpipe, do you think i will get boost creep? I have 3" downpipe too, but i'm not going to put on the car, i know for sure i will get boost creep with 3" downpipe. Will it help with o2 housing dump?
Please Help Me Out

There is only one way to find out. PUT IT ON.

Youre not guaranteed to get creep with your 3" downpipe, I dont know why you would think that. Are you on a stock turbo? I can run 12psi with a 3" down pipe on my B16g, never had any creep problems.
Also i believe the high altitude helps lower the point where creep would stop on any given Turbo/wastegate setup.

If you make it easier for exhaust to go over the turbine instead of out the wastegate you'll get creep at a given RPM. Either live with it and turn down the boost so you're at 9-10 in 1st and 15-16 in 5th or do some porting :) (that is if it creeps, they don't always creep)

How would you use a 3" test pipe w/ the stock DP? You might as well install the full exhaust and deal with boost creep later if it becomes an issue.

Just slap it on. Your going to want to have that 3" exhaust someday anyway. So install it. 2-3psi is nothing and the stock fuel system can handle it.
Just what ever you do, don't do the 34mm flapper mod.
