I was just wondering how many DSMLink users were here, and if you had any great(or so so) tuning tips, creative upgrades or uses?

C'mon I really didn't expect you guys to be so sarcastic. Yes I'm a proud owner of DSMLink. I was just trying to see if there was anyone somewhat nearby that enjoyed tuning, or the other inital questions. Asking about anyone in Cheyenne WY that was an avid tuner.
P.S. BQuinn get in touch with me.

Are you on the DSMLink support forums?

... and yes, some of us are just a tad more knowledgable about DSMLink than you average DSMLink owner.

Hal saying "tad bit" and "knowledge" together..........doesn't seem right. :p

I know about 5, V1 users and 4, V2 users. If you own a legit DSMLink you should be on the forums. Tuning tips. Rip out the EGT and tune to knock, then add back some fuel.

I'm going to give you a hint. This is not Tooners/Talkers. Different atmosphere here. I suggest search before asking since everything in here is archived. :)

Your EGT gauge can stay. They're still useful for detecting engine failures, and knock sensors can fail too so it never hurts to have one in there.

If you own a DSMLink then you've probably been on the DSMLink forums and website, in which case if you don't know the Landry's apparently you're out of it a bit :)

Also, if you want to tune it feel free to book some time at MAC autosports and give Dave Landry or myself a PM and we'll work with you on tuning the car.

i'm a DSMlink user, currently waiting on my v2 upgrade chip to come in. To put it simply... DSMlink is the shit. I personally think for the price it is the best tuning device out there. It has helped put my 2g DSM w/ 6bolt swap on a 14b into the 13s on 15psi... not too bad if you ask me. Oh yeah, and for those w/ v2 already, how hard is it to hook up NLTS? What does it involve?
