I have a 95 GSX and just got an Apexi N1 cat-back. I am going to put it on but had a few questions. What do I do about the second O2 sensor? And any tips on how to get the old bolts out would be great.

You'll probably have to drill a hole and weld in a second O2 bung, I'm not sure but I don't think they came with the rear O2 bung.

As for the old bolts, some come out easy, some (Especially if they come from Mandy's car) have to be cut out. Try spraying them with liquid rench every hour or so for a while to break 'em loose, but you may still have a hell of a time with a few. Your DP bolts shouldn't be too bad, just the bolts that hold the exhaust together, I'd say just get it off the hangers and drop the DP so you can pull the whole exhaust as one piece.

Yeah there isn't a second O2 housing so I guess I will have to go get a bung welded. I just heard you could eliminate the need for it some how but don't know the details of how that effects the car. Also the bolts are soaking right now but I'm thinking I will just have to cut them off.

So I got off the stock exahust and then tried to put the apexi on with no luck. It doesn't fit up at all. I think it is for a GS-T. The kid I got it from said it was for a GSX but now after buying it and taking off the old exahust I find bubble rap in the bottom of the box that says 95-99 GS-T with the part number. So I guess unless this kid will give me back my money I have a 95-99 GS-T Apexi N1 cat-back for sale. Any ideas on what to do?

It wasn't fitting because it is for a 1G AWD. Part # 161-KM03. So if anyone is interested let me know.
