i got a great deal on a full 2gmas setup for my 1g, soo i couldnt pass it up....im not sure how big a turbo im gonna end up with soo i havent gotten my injectors yet(really thinknin evoIII, 660's or 720's) but my question is, can i run my 2gmas safely on stock injectors/ 255pump and a afc thanks fellas.....

yes.... if you have a data logger and can get your trims right and tune for full throttle


otherwise it will run lean since the 2g mas flows more air at less Hz then the 1g.... which will mean you could easily blow your shit up with out proper tuning.

thanks for the info should i wait for the injectors? and is that still as unsafe even with the larger injectors....

anything you do is unsafe if you cant retune the car for the mods....


do you have a datalogger yet? if not, that should be your next thing to buy.

You should be fine with the stock injectors if you know how to tune well. Usually the 2g MAS (unhacked) reads about 20% less frequency than the 1G MAS. A good place to start would be to add 20% across the board and go from there.

Make sure to keep check on knock values and such to be sure not to hurt anything, for any modification that makes the car run that much leaner is dangerous if one isn't carefull.

As posted before, yes you can, but you will need some type of datalogger to insure your car is running properly.
