wot can i do with 550's

i have a chance to get some 550cc's for dirt cheap from a freind and my question is will they be enough to max out my 14b.....i am going to do as many supporting mods that i need to run a huge turbo before i do, so needless to say i have allot of work to do. i figure that since people have gone into the 12's with n2o on a 14b ill be satisfied running this turbo into (hopefully) the 13's....i know i will need to go bigger in the future but i mean i dont wanna go with 780cc's because it will be my daily untill i hit into the 13's then it stays in the garage for the rebuild and a jihad on every v8 known to man... i said this only because i know everyone would have told me to just go with larger injectors but i really just wanna max out my 550's for the time being thanks a bunch...................

550s should do just fine if not too much. Do you have any a/f ratio control? You should be able to hit 13's quite easily on a 14b. I ran a 14.9 with a .9 reaction time on a T-25 w/the heaviest 17's known to man(first time on the track so don't laugh at r/t). I still can't wait to hit the track this year w/ 14B, 450s, 2g ported mani w/ HKS wastegate, 60mm TB, 75 shot, and starion FMIC. I also had a ACT 2600 for that run and pushing T-25 to 17psi. I know I am lucky I made it to the end of the track much less to and from Bandi on that much boost out of a turbo that "should" only be set to 12psi. lol. Now I am trying to push a 14B to its limits just to see how far a semi-stock car can go. I'll let you guys know when I kill it.
