FORD MUSTANG Throttle BODY?

Does anyone know if the tps sensor signal for a ford mustang will be compatable with a tps signal from a 2nd gen. I got a sheetmetal intake mannifold that uses the ford throttle body and want to know if i just splice in the wires if it will work.

i dont know if that would work....i dont think soo and even if it did, it would be wayyyy to much work for the performance gain that you will see......:cool:
