Your probably not going to get alot of help from us.

Not to be harsh. Its just that those of us that do serious, even semi-serious, road racing under stand that Tein isn't exactly worth the money. Koni/CG have a better reputation in our community.

but i can get the coilovers for $500 and they come with a warranty from TEIN... i respect your opinions but ive ridden in a car with Ground control coilovers and i didnt like the ride too much... it bounced a lot... then again it was slammed and im pretty sure that the shocks were blown... idk though... im pretty sure i want to get these b/c ive never heard a bad story with them and they seem to be pretty strong and withstand abuse... that and wouldnt the spring rates and dampening be matched up? thanks for the suggestion though- i by no means am sayin youre wrong- its just that i would be willin to pay a lil more cash for the name and peace of mind... i was just tryin to see if anyone had any prior experience on them and how they rode on the street- oh and btw- im in miami, Fl aka flat land... you guys have it lucky up there... you have all those mountain roads to play on and all i have is Moroso drag strip... i like drag racing and all but as the sayin goes "straights are for fast cars- corners are for fast drivers" the most fun thing to do around here is to race through a 1/4 mile tunnel that we have up in ft. lauderdale and that gets boring after a while... anyways im done rambling on

For close to $500 I would probably sway you more towards a set of skunk 2 coilovers and tokico's. You get an adjustable shock and the coilover. If you just want to lower your car and still have a good ride then just get the Eibach Pro Kit.

Me and Art both run GC 550ft/450rr springs on Koni Yellows. The ride is not for the faint of heart or the weak tush, but no one said you have to get such a stiff spring. 450/375 would make a fine ride. Im not worried about ride, my Mustang goes over bumps like a boat :)
