About 2 months ago, I bought some 720cc fuel injectors from someone off ebay. He said they were for his talon and just never got around to installing them, and now has to sell them, because he sold his car. I went to install these the other day, and they wouldn't fit in my fuel rail. Has anyone ever seen injectors like this before. They don't have the same nozzle as my stock injectors either, so I'm questioning whether they will fit in my engine as well. If anyone has any info, on how to make these work, it would be greatly appriciated. If I can't come up with anything, I would sell these for dirt cheap.

That's definitely not an injector for your DSM.
Send the picture to RC Engineering and see if they recognize it. Maybe you can trade for some 660's.

looks like the one in my VW
It looks like a Sieman/Deka injector like those sold by the Fuel Injector Clinic.
They don't fit the rail or they don't fit the head?
On mine, you use a different "grommet" for the injector/head union but the rail end fits fine.

Thanks for the info, I thought they were FIC injectors but wasn't sure. Even with the rubber o-ring off the top of the injector, it still won't fit in the fuel rail. It's too big around. Do you think it would safe to machine it down to size so that it fits? And where would I go about getting some of those grommets? Thanks again for the help
I wouldn't bother with them.
If they don't fit, they may not be electrically compatible either.
You can contact FIC and see what information they can provide

is the o-ring area itself to small? if that *area* fits snug and the area directly below it is wobbly then it may just be that you need the other seal. it fits flush with the fuel rail itself and does not go inside the fuel rail. it doesn't look like you have that installed in the pic up top. i could be totally wrong but i just thought i would through that out there.

I emailed FIC explaining the situation and hope to hear back soon. I figure I will just have to get new injectors. With my current set up, I have an EVO exhaust, turbo, and 02 housing; full 3" turbo back; 2g mas; walbro 255 and a old safc. I don't plan on running more then 18 to 20 psi. What size injectors should I get? 720 or 660? I'm afraid with injectors that are too big, I won't ideal right with the afc. So does anyone have any injectors they are looking to get rid of?

660's are more than adequate and at that boost level probably won't run more than 75% of their duty cycle.

PTE sells some like that for "imports" they're the type that they sell for DSM's but they machine it down to fit a DSM, hence why the DSM injectors of theirs are a bit more expensive. They need a different "grommet" like Hal said and the top needs to be turned down to fit according to PTE.
