3" Cat

I need a cat pronto! Jack doesn't have any more and neither does turbo garage, where else could I find one without flanges locally, (3")? Maybe Bud's muffler, can anyone give me some numbers to call?

Please help me if you can, I have only about a week to pass emissions, or I don't know how I'm going to licence my car!
