You need to look into higher spring rates at the rear of the car. This will keep the rear end from sagging, keep weight over your drive tires.
This will require spring rates around 500lbs. You can not use springs that heavy on stockers, AGXs, or tokicos. So your only real option for dampers is Koni. There are other dampers out there, but they are outside what we would call, our normal price range.
So now you have heavy springs and dampers that can handle them in the rear. Your car is now going to oversteer all over the place without balancing out the front suspension.
Suspensions have to be done right the first time. You can slap on springs here and dampers later and call it good.

Do what Art said if you want an all out drag car. I imagine you drive your car on the streets as well? Go with the Pro Kit and AGX or Tokico combo. You're car will handle better and still have an okay ride.
I ran Pro Kit springs and AGX struts on my 2G GST and it handled nicely. The Pro Kits were a little mooshier then I had hoped they would be but they still beat the heck out of stock springs.
