I'm curious as to what you all think. Do I absolutely need DSMLink to run my 20g with 750 injectors or can I get by with a S-AFCII? I'm just trying to do a little budgeting before I actually spend my money. Also, I can get a really good deal on a fuel pump from a TT Supra. How does that compare to the Walbro 255? One last thing for Jack(IAT) because I'm lazy and don't feel like PM'ing at the moment. How difficult is it to lay out a pattern for exhaust and the use a mandrel bender to make it? Just asking because I have access to a mandrel bender along with a lot of welding supplies here at school. And one more general thing, with a 20g do I need bigger than 3" exhaust, say 3.5" or something? Thanks.

3" exhaust will carry you well into the high 9's easy. Far past where that 20G will send you. The S-AFCII is shite for that kind of tuning, but it can be done. And the supra TT fuel pump is a "260" but effectively with a FP rewire is rated at ~296. The HP 255 is rated at 14v @ 43psi is ~264.

You could also run a GM Trans with a GM MAF 3" sensor it worked fine for me I also have the s-afcII but not installed. If you need a routing path to do a 3" exhaust I have one. Send me a PM and I can sned you one plus I would need to know what kind of downpipe you have, because that is where it starts.

the S-AFC is a really bad idea IMO. if you must use a piggyback, the Greddy E-Manage when properly optioned can control timing as well as fuel and gives you a true 16x16 fuel map. HOWEVER- by the time you get all the band-aids required to amke an S-AFC or even an emanage worthwhile you will have spent damned near enough to buy an AEM or the Link and MAFT.
he most important thing to do is to set a realistic goal, and build to meet that.
