I am not sure much of the car, I was on the RTD and saw a black 2gen. It had the 97 front end but it look beat up, the bumper did, the rest of the car looked shinny, so the front bumper maybe a converison. It remeinded me of Hoff(i believe he is the one how posted the pic of the black front bumper). It looked as if it had a turbo spoiler but am not sure.
Oh yea the car was spotted on 12th and Clackson around 5:30ish.
