I just installed some 720cc injectors and a walbro 255hp in my 91 gst. The car starts up fine but the ideal is horrible. When I come to a stop and push in the clutch the car will stall 99% of the time. What is the most cost efficient way to correct this problem?

Get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

why do you need the 720s? pull them out, drop the boost down, and drive the car until you can afford the supporting mods. If you are running a huge-ish turbo and just have to have the 720s, drop a MAFT on the car and save your pennies until you can afford proper EMS

do you even have a AFC?

You should get a fuel pressure gauge, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a ECU chip made for those injectors to properly compensate for the longer deadtime and flow. You could get by without the ECU chip if you had a SAFC or MAFT but they'll only mask the problem since they don't properly compensate for injector deadtime. To compensate for the deadtime you need a modded ECU chip, Dsmlink or EMS. Really though if you weren't maxing out your old injectors there's no reason to upgrade.

I do have a old safc, the kind with the five knobs on front, but it doesn't seem to help out at all. I got the bigger injectors because I got them for 235 dollars and couldn't pass up that deal. I have a Evo 16g with 18 psi so I figured it was time to upgrade to something bigger.
Calculate your adjust percentage as (450 / 720) - 1 for a adjust of -37.5%

would one of the chips from dsmchips.com help out with this problem? I might go that route. And if so where would be a good place in denver to get my ecu socketed?
Yeah, talk to Jeff at dsmchips.com. That is one easy solution. I have one. Awesome product, awesome customer service, big bang for the buck as far as driveability and correcting for the timing issues, etc.
I'd suggest that you ask for a chip that also has the phantom knock code in it. Just trust me on that one, you want it.
