My question is how much boost can I run on 550cc injectors and with how much fuel pressure. The turbo is Garrett T3/T4 60-1 compressor wheel with a stage 3 turbine wheel. I am only want to push about 20psi for now.

I am getting ready to order bigger ones but not sure which ones to get? Any ideas please ! With the bigger injectors I want to run in the high 20's on boost. I was thinking PTE 720cc.

I wouldn't run more than 18psi on pump gas and some tuning. The 550's should be good for near 400hp. 720's are good. I had them at 122% duty cycle with my 60-1. I tried 3 different loggers because I didn't think that was right. But it was. I made 450 on a rich tune with them. So the sky is the limit, er, tuning is the limit.

I would run Denso's, they work very well. Also, I have heard that RC's are good as well, but I would stay away from Delphi's and Seiman Deka's. I tried them, and could never get them to fit tightly or get the car tuned right. Just my experience. I run 660 denso's, and they work and idle great, but I also have V2 dsmlink.

You can run as much boost as the logger tells you you can. It varies a lot from car to car.

If you're running an S-AFC, I'd go with 780 cc/min injectors. Plenty of room to grow and also it lowers the overall airflow seen by the ECU. Hense, more timing and more power. Don't go too big as that'll give you too much timing.

If you're running DSMLink, I'd get something like 880 cc/min injectors. Won't have to upgrade ever again.

I'm having great luck with the PTE style injectors. Dave, Hal and countless others are having the same luck too. Of course there are the select few that can't get them to work. But that happens with any product out there.

i have 650cc in my car with a turbonetics T-04E (I think) stock 2g head, built block with 9.0:1. hard piping. and a haun front mount.

MY safcII is at -45% from 3500 till700k rpm and im still running verry rich. so rich in fact that im pluming tons of black smoke. and it hesitates some times.

i would not go more then a 650. the 550 should work for now. and work better then turnign the stock ecu down so much to compensate for bigger inj's

on a side note. i dont know my hp ratings. but i can safly say that I beat a 13.8 car tonight. with out launching.

Wow, that is very odd, how much boost are you running? Why not turn it up?

At this moment I am not running any boost, plus I want to know how important it would be to go ahead and get bigger injectors or if I can run 28 pounds of boost and 50lbs of fuel pressure and be OK I am happy and ready to break something else.

this should be helpful to everyone choosing injectors http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclfuel.htm scroll down to the injector chart :)
