I finally finished moving my foggers from under the manifold.

I had to build a bracket to hold the solenoids, relocate the fuel pressure regulator (and lines) along with building my own distribution blocks.

All I need to do is wrap up the wires and put some clamps on some of the lines.

nice- why did you go with the braided lines over hard line? heres the setup I did for the evo using hard lines-

The solenoids are bolted to the firewall so some flex is needed (even with solid motor mounts) to dampen the vibrations.

I had hard lines on the setup under the manifold, but didn't feel like bending up new lines for the relocation.

If you use hard lines and don't do a nice job on the bends, they look like shit.

The braided lines don't look as nice as a well done hardline setup, but after I make up a couple of billet guides they won't look so out of control.

What brand are the lines, I need to add pretty much the exact same lines to my setup, Did you have to assemble them? Where did you get them?

Nice Hal. Looks like Doc Oc is gonna make you go faster. :D

They are earls 8" and 10" -3 lines.

Got them from Summit for under $10 ea.

Hey Hal, I noticed the feed line to your solenoid appears to be NX's "Race" line. What's your experience been with that stuff? Does it really insulate as well as they claim? Easy to work with?

Thanks,

Ryan

The race hose works well, but is a real bitch to deal with in the car.

It's larger in diameter than -4 s/s line and is less flexible.

Being larger means it's harder to run "under" or "between" things.

It's lighter, so that's a plus.

Easier to get to and change the jets.

Also makes for a setup that can be easily diagnosed and kept out of the way from any other wiring below the intake mani.
