I got to run the radar traps for the event this last weekend and boy did I get beat up, almost as bad as my car which suffered a broken rear hatch window, it was the only window I didn't cover. :o

I was a safety volunteer; I shot trap speed with the radar gun both days.
BTW: There was only a 6-8 mph difference between the open class cars and that Champagne Motors Audi on an 1/8th mile straight section. The Subaru and GVR4 weren't too far behind on speed either.

Really cool! I enjoyed those photos. Makes me want to build another car for this. If only money and time allowed.
