Hey Greg,
Start modding up that GSX man they are not meant to be stock! But be prepared because you will get addicted and then end up broke all the time LOL!

welcome to the forums. It is always nice to see a new face but don't post in threads when there is no point. If you keep the grammar above average and don't make random posts, people will learn to like you.

Welcome to the forum Greg, this is one of the best places to learn about DSM's for sure. Don't worry you hang around this place enough your car won't be stock for very long :D

The 50 post statement is correct. If you are still interested in a part we do have PM system you can use to contact the seller.

Hello all,

My Name is Jesse and I purchase my 90 GSX about a little over a year ago. I was in need of some serious paint and other minor problems but it was alright. In November I was on my way to school and A semi turned infront of me. The car suffered some damage but it was still driveable. Come to find out, the impact knocked out my thermo fan switch and by the time I caught it, it was too late. I took out a small loan and had the motor rebuilt by Ryan Larsen. I've had the car back since May and even though it looks like crap I still enjoy driving it. I still owe money for the rebuild but will soon be done paying that back and I will be shopping for a shell.

Sorry for the lengthy post,
Jesse

Yea these cars are addictive, so much potential. I spent somewhere around 6K on my rebuild and I can't wait to take advantage of it. I do have some valve train parts, rods and pistons (need rings) and some other odds and ends. So if you need anything let me know.

This car really shows how much I lack in self control cause I'm always getting into the boost. How's that Apexi N-1 sound? I thinking that or the Buschur. Where do you live in Littleton? I'm on County Ln inbetween University and Colorado.

Yea my self-control isn't all the great either lol but trying to keep it down a knotch every few miles or so since I don't want to blow the motor lol.... I'm right by Southwest Plaza mall and stuff.... the exhaust sounds nice BUT it doesn't sound all that loud for some reason I guess, the catalytic is still on there so maybe that's it.

Thanks to all for the kind words. I'm sure I will be trying to get all of your advice when I get some money to mod my car.

Yea, I'm right down the street from you. That sucks about the knock, hopfully you won't be down for too long. I do have some 1st gen. stock rods that look to be in good shape, if you need them let me know.

Jesse

ps: You may have seen my beater, gold with primer doors and smashed driver side corner panel! LOL!
