I will kick of this section that rmdsm supplied us with. Are there any numbers that automatic AWD trannys typically hold up to in stock form. Mean is there a specific HP number that people really start to break auto AWD trannies at?? I have a tranny with shift kit, a stall converter and plan to run all the bolt ons possible besides big turbo and engine rebuild. I just wonder how long the tranny will be able to take the abuse

I can tell you our Auto burned up OD pretty quick with the 16g on it. The tranny was stock at the time.

We also ran 15.3 with just a catback and boost controller, but ours stalled very high for a stock converter. We could stall at 3K something rpm and cut 2.0 60'.... like on the 15.3 run.

After the end clutch upgrade, shift kit and large tranny cooler... it drove like a different car. It shifted incredibly fast, to bad we had so many issues getting a engine that wasnt f'ed.
