Well, I believe I broke my transmission at bandimere today. It will roll with an occasional binding, but if I try to put it into gear and let out the clutch it makes a terrible clanging noise.
Anyone able to help me tow my car from bandimere to c-470 and quebec? Or loan me a flatbed?

It occasionally binds up, so I would only feel comfortable rolling very slowly.
Mile high towing said they would do it for 70 bucks, so thats alot cheaper than some other places that wanted 70 plus 3-4 bucks a mile.
Uhaul wanted 50 for a flat bed trailor and they said the Mountaneer I was going to use for a tow vehicle wasn't heavy enough.
Thanks for the offers though.
No more lining up in the groove for me.

I would not roll it on the highway if it locks up "on occasion". Tow it on a flat bed.

Just tell Uhaul you're using something like a Dodge turbo diesel. Then show up in the Mountaineer and when they ask, say your friend with the truck was running late, but he's meeting you at your house.
I've got a friend that used to tow vehicles with a V6 Blazer just fine.

Just be wary when you do this. They limit it for a reason. Most people out there renting a u-haul trailer have never towed anything in their life. They're just trying to protect the stupid population.
Also, dealing with insurance claims with U-Haul sucks balls. So don't screw anything up.

Its only 20bucks more to have it towed by a company. Then I don't have to lie, worry about damaging my friends vehicle, and how to get my car onto the uhaul flat bed.
