How about a mods list so that we can keep an eye out for people parting it out?

We'll keep our eye out for people selling parts. Hopefully some identifiable piece comes up to lead them to the culprit.

Josh had.. from what I can remember...
EVOIII GT 16g
Chipped ECU (My chip, which I can tell is mine if I pull the code)
Had a JDM fwd/awd selectable transmission
Those were some of the unique things to keep an eye out for that I can remember.

Sounds like a DSMr did that. Who else would take the subframe and axles and such?
Ok, lets all keep our eyes and ears open.
Some of this stuff is unique enough to spot and is bound to show up for sale on ebay some forums, or maybe even on a car at the track.

I would keep an eye out on Craigs list for these parts to show up. It definately seems like someoen who knew what your car had in it. Those are very specific parts that were taken..

I cant believe they took all that stuff, but left the car on its wheels... if you take something as small and worthless as clear corners... why not the wheels and tires?
Good luck spotting these parts!

We have been keeping a close eye on ebay and craigslist. We were definitely surprised to see it still with the wheels on.
The only plus side to this is that they did us a favor by removing the motor seeing that he was building a motor already. Now if only they left the parts...

Man im so sorry that this happened to you man. I hope you guys can find a lead somewhere and find out who did this. I hope and pray this does not happen to anyone else. To much time and money invested in these cars to have them stripped by some @$$ monkey

Damn, that sucks. Atleast the car wasn't completely destroyed like most Hondas are when they're found.

WOW that really does suck, they definently new exactly what they wanted and what would get them money. How can one DSMer steal from another, this is a sad day to say the least  . Hopefully you guys can make it even better next time. If you're looking I have a tranny and transfer case I would be willing to let go fairly cheap to help you guys get it back on the road. I'm down in durango but it would be a great drive this time of year.

This is for sure the same crew that stole my bro's ride back in 2002.
The car was stripped clean except for the wheels so they could move it.
I will look into this very closely because I am pretty sure I know who it was 5 years ago and the hack job looks nearly identical.
I will post immediately if my lead seems have some significance.

Maybe a DSM'r that was beat buy a Honduh and now holds bitter contempt for all things DSM?
"Making one Honduh faster than another DSM, 1 DSM at a time?"
Hopefully a lead pans out!
