I was thinking that I read somewhere that the PP to flywheel bolts needed to be like 23 or something. It just didnt sound right to me!

That's not for the pressure plate to the flywheel, that's for the flywheel to the crank. The torque for the PP is quite low, 23 is probably not far off base.

I think it is 20-24 for the pressure plate bolts.

Chilton's calls for 95 for the flywheel bolts.

I knew that Chilton's would come in handy. Now if I wouldnt have got it all wet and got the pages stuck together I would be all set...
