Direct port, 4 cylinder, 40 psi base pressure

140 shot jetting:

Nitrous: #31
Fuel : #22

Those are the 150 shot nitrous jet and the 250 shot fuel jet when used with gasoline.

I'll do some "spray" testing on Friday, at least that's part of the plan.

So, for now... just sharing info that I got from N/X

So thats per cylinder correct? Each of those jets are in each fogger?

Dumb question i'm sure but just wanted to verify.
I'm running a 25 fuel jet on my single fogger and a 51 n20 jet and that puts me around 100 hp shot i guess.

Yes, thats per "cylinder" on a 4 port fogger.

I'm running a 49n jet with a 35f jet on E-85. That sets me about where I want to be alittle rich. I will be switching over to propane for the nitrous kit here pretty soon that should be pretty interesting.

I wonder what jets i would need for e85 then? i have the 51 and 25 on c16/91octane mix, and with E85 i think the 51n and 35f might be a good setup or start at least? what do you all think? anyone with experience?

Off topic sort of but i went and put a half tank of 91 and a half tank of E85 in the evo on monday just to see how it worked, and for right now i think my injectors may be too small and may be maxing out (Haven't logged it and really haven't done enough pulls to know). However i am currently running 625cc injectors and a warboro 255hlph pump. With the Ecu flash we did last we set the ecu to the 625 cc injectors and were able to tune it so my AFC was set to ZEROS. However when i put the e85 in, i automatically put the fuel settings up on high throttle to 30-35% and low throttle 20% basically just stared at the wideband throughout the day, and the car drove great i haven't had enough time to really go out an test very much yet, but the few pulls i had i was able to run 22 psi and with about a 10.8 AFR.

What do you guys think safe AFR's are on E85 and (this may already be in another thread but..) what boost/ LB per min can 625cc injectors keep up with on e 85. I'll be switching to 1000cc injectors in the next month, however if the 625's can't keep up with the E85, and the 1000's can with the current fuel pump I have then i might switch over to the 1000cc's sooner then orignally planned and make another ecu flash to comp for the bigger injectors..
What are your guy's thought about that? A High pressure 255 warboro and 1000cc injectors? can that single pump push that big of injectors by itself?

Sorry for the really long post/ run on sentence...

The injector sizes for e85 has been posted by Darkhorse.

950cc injectors will support ~40lbs/min of airflow on E85.
A walbro 255hp will basically support 950cc injectors at 73psi fuel pressure.

So if you want to run nitrous and full boost, you are going to need larger then 950cc injectors and alot more fuel pump.

Talked to Josh @ Nitrous Express today about jetting for the Sport Compact system (Shark Nozzle).

@40psi on E-85

35hp 31n / 22f
50hp 35n / 23f
75hp 41n / 26f
100hp 52n / 33f
125hp 57n / 37f
150hp 62n / 40f

Hopefully good info here, Mark & I will be trying it out within the next few weeks here.

I think mine said 16 psi on it, but the markings got removed when I drilled the hole for the tie down.

1.2 bar converts to 17 psi, so it's "close" ;)

I'll just have to do the zip tie mod... lol
