used to be a member here ... haven't had a DSM for several years but just picked up a 91 Gaylant VR4 ... should be a fun project ... body is actually in good condition just needs paint ... will get a couple coats when my shop is done next month ... if anybody has VR4 or G GSX carpet in decent condidtion I could use it

the previous owner sanded and rattle canned every little spot of surface rust ... hence the multiple colors

by un-molested I was talking about the drive-train

I know, just couldnt resist a comment cause the exterior, despite its condition does look pretty rough with those colors :p

I plan on it being a LONG project ..... I plan on buying piece by piece when I have the money. I would like to see how fast I can go on a stock bottom end.

Heres the plan.
Build a second short block:
New OEM 1g rods
New OEM 1g NT pistons
ARP Head Studs and Rod Bolts
MLS Head Gasket
BS Eliminate
Ram Horn Manifold
SC61 turbo
AEM EMS (tuned by servion)
Tranny Rebuild from Jack
3" turbo back
Front mount to be determined
Clutch to be determined

I'm sure I'm missing somthing but you get the idea
