View Full Version : Ford MOPAR shoot out

Hey guys,

I was out at PMI and Some guy told me that they were doing a ford vs MOPAR Aug 18th & 19th, I was wondering if any one else was bringing out their talons/lazers.

I figure I'd go, but I want to get hard pipes and an intercooler first...I don't want to run mid to low 15's I'd rather be in the mid to high 14's, but with no cash Idk of a way to do that...lol

I would have brought my car But I would have been laughed off the track haha. There are a few DSMs that I have seen running at PMI. I live Down in Pueblo so I'm there almost every weekend. Most of the DSMs are Evos but ive seen some 1gs there too. Let me know IF your going to be down here at PMI well meet up.

I'm going to be down at the track this Friday, but not with my Talon. Going to give the new car a first test and tune. Just got my rx7 running good enough to hit the track. It still needs a lot of bugs worked out, but I think I can make a go at it.

If not this friday i will definately be there next friday, my car is having some technical difficulties and Im waiting for my new Ignition coil to arrive. If it gets fixed Ill bring my car out and see how she runs

its weather I want to drive the hour to pueblo, pay $30 and run 15's or if i want to drive the hour to denver pay $50 and run 14's
