This is more or less a day test. It is $35 to go and get your vehicles teched for the whole year and run all day if you and your car can. There is a ton of us already planning on being there. Would be awesome to see as many dsm's out early this year if we could. There will be a strong showing of the local CSM community as well.

So if you all can make it out it would be a blast. Lets hope the weather cooperates.

Well I should be ordering the twin disc next week. Then I've got to do something about my fuel cell and making a firewall around it. If I can get that all taken care off, I'll definitely be out there! Think I'm going to request the day off of work tomorrow.

With this new big project I am working on and if work continues to be busy, I might just have enough moola to get mine moving. It may be pushing it to get the parts needed by then, but I really want to be able to take her out there.

Whether or not the DSM goes, I will be there.

Just be aware that it will be BUSY up there.

You'll be lucky to even get three passes.

I'll be there! Or should I say, really hope to be. Tomorrow I will be putting the engine back in the car after 11 months of not running. And then the fun begins of trying to tune her and get her running on E-85. All I want for my B-day tomorrow is a running Talon!

I may go to just tech and register.

I thought it was $35 to do the test and tune and an additional $50 to tech for the season? I may be wrong here but thats what I was told by Grahm (Bandi employee).

Sounds right to me.

They probably charge $15 to spectate as well.

It does sound like from the website that you might be teching for the year for free. It says "tech only" is free. Can't think of why someone would do a tech only if it was only good for that day. Maybe if a person had a new setup and wanted to see if it will pass tech...

Because some people have already registered for the year.

Gates open at 9am and will go to around 5! So, who all is going now that it's getting closer? I think even with my slight issue I will still go.

And to "TECH" for the year is free, it's the registration for the year that costs!

Well, terrible track traction + terrible stuttering car = horrible day. :( Still no idea why it's sputtering so bad, even swapped MAF's.

When a friend had this problem it was his fuel filter. He switched to e85 and it cleaned all the parts so well that it was clogging the filter. Have you tried that? Either that or maybe your maf calibration needs looked at.

Joe's MAF calibration is spot on. There is another underlying issue. This one may take a while to figure out. We messed with it for a bit at the track yesterday.

The baby horse made six colorful passes. The best being on the slicks.

14.660@92.31

21psi on the 14b, no intercooler, E85. Car ran well. Cut two 2.1xx sixty foots with the slicks. I made a call last night, and I think a 16g is going to be in order. I will try it on the hotpipe setup before we car afford to redo a intercooler setup. The 16g is free, so gonna give her a go.

Congratulations to George. He ran some great traps and times yesterday. The slicks worked like magic for him as well.

Now it is time for Bobby to put his on. And sorry about the car Davis. I hope things go back together soon and smoothly.

I went fast Ricky Bobby.

My best on the street tires was a 14.950 with a 2.517 60' @ 97.35

All my runs were 98.xxx and my very first one was 100.34mph. So I joined the 100mph club. It was a 15.907 with a 2.936 60'

My best of the day

r/t .109
60' 2.059
330 5.802
1/8 8.871
mph 79.49
1000 11.554
1/4 13.848
mph 98.17

I was wired. I had no intentions on making 13's after my first pass was almost 16 seconds.

14b power

I'm completely untuned and my sub box was in the car. 14b power ftmfw!!!
