I need a hand with an OBD2 code tool in Loveland/Ft Collins

In a 2g, you have to set the IAC motor to a certain position with an OBD2 code tool in order to then adjust the idle screw to set idle speed correctly. Is there anyone around Ft Collins/Loveland that can help me out with the tool so that I can finally get my idle working correctly???

What "certain position" or # should I have to set it to?

I'm having issues with my idle adjustment as well.
