so i just realized that this rule existed.....
No separate campers /RV’s – must be used as trailer tow vehicle.
I had planned on taking my dads toy-hauler trailer and parking it in the pits towing it with the Titan. Anyone know a way around it? hemi-colt said that people are just towing the car through the ticket line attached to the trailer and then they are considered a "tow vehicle" can anyone elaborate on that, any other ways to cheat the system? or am I stuck with the darn rv parking and nothing for the pits. I think that I could get the colt in the back of the trailer, but it would be very tight and I would not be able to drive it the whole way down there in the back and would just load it up once I got there.

I am frustrated. When the Bandimere folks called to make sure I would be racing I specifically asked if i would be ok with driving up the one and following up with the trailer later and she said that would be fine. any ideas would be helpful.

Just slap some shoe polish numbers on the car and tell them you ran at T&T wed night.

You just didn't feel like loading the car afterwards.

If I remember right weren't there race, pit and spectator passes or just race and spectator?

I bought a race crew pass for Friday and Saturday so if anyone needs help on their cars I will be around to lend a hand. I'm so glad so many of RMDSM and CODSM are representing at pinks with such well designed setups. I have an extra 4 bolt if anyone wants a spare on hand in case of breakage.

Hopefully the import prejudice is not an issue as Hal experienced last time.

That was strictly a local thing.

The Pinks staff and the other racers were all great to deal with.

For those who are interested, stop by our pits and I'll be glad to show off some pre-release DSMLink V3 stuff (please don't ask any questions about it in this thread).

If something is going to break on my car, its either going to be the transfercase or the axles.

I called bandi and they are allowing the one tow vehicle/rv and the car so i think that I will be ok. I am still waiting on a call back to confirm some more information if I can bring the trailer first and then follow up later that night with the car or first thing in the morning.

Let us know what they say. I'm not towing my car, but I do need a second car to bring all my tools, tent and food. I dont see why they should have to enter at the same time on Thursday just to reserve my pit.

I did get a second call to confirm that you get two vehicle passes. one for your tow vehicle and one for your car and they do not need to enter at the same time. get in and get your pit and then get your other car race or storage and bring it in. John the third was super nice even wished me luck.
