Hey Dave.

Do you have flood control enabled for posting replies to threads?

I'm having an issue with double posted replies when I post from my phone.

I've tried tracking any settings that may cause it on my phone, but it's been fruitless.

I haven't noticed this when posting new threads, but thought i'd throw this out there.

Yes its enabled but certain groups are exempt from that by default.
