The Chump Car at HPR

Half a tank of diesel fuel and 300 miles later the Chump Car is back in its parking spot after a very successful first track outing.

Spent nearly an hour on the track at High Plains Raceway.

It did good for a $500 beater race car.

It was a good day. I'm very pleased with the outcome. A few minor glitches, but nothing major. I gave the car a full shakedown on the track. It's fun the being the test pilot, but also a little sketchy at times. Man, I live for this stuff! :D

I was surprised to see so many people there today, the sun comes out and the Porsches come out of the woodwork! :)
