Im gonna tempt fate and squeeze about 75 ponies... Maybe after everything works out, ill get a progressive controller and spray something bigger.... :) I need a new intake manifold for the setup i would like to run... Anyone wanna buy a mike hansen polished sheet metal intake manifold? ;p

Ok - it's not NOS (or nawws or nawss) unless you are using a system from NOS, or Nitrous Oxide Systems. It's nitrous. Or it's nitrous oxide.

Or, it can be NX if you are running a kit from Nitrous eXpress. It can also be TNT if you are running a system from Texas Nitrous.

I may run nitrous if I can't get the ET I'm looking for. Probably not, but who knows. The turbocharger is very capable, so I'm not really leaning in that direction. Yet.

Ive never seen someone be so anal about what name you give your "nitrous oxide injection kit".. And "yes".. That is the best P.C. term I could develop for it. I didn't want to strike a nerve with John. ;P

And technically, Dave is correct. He bought the NOS kit off my car. I can't remember if the one Rob bought from John is NOS or NX. And isn't that the same kit that originally came off the Neon Dave?? We just seem to keep passing them around!!

The one that John bought off of me was an 50/75 shot NX kit. Then John sold it to Gabe.

I still got a full bottle from IDRC. Seems what when I blow something up I end up with a full bottle left ;)

I beg to differ sir... I have the kit that John did not sell to Gabe, therefor, I have your kit... :) I seem to remember John telling me that it came out of an Eclipse originally... Dave, was your bottle black? John, it is Dave's old kit you sold to me, right?

Most likely not. But then again we shall see. If the car does well with 30 psi and everything is in order, or nothing breaks then i will be looking at a 75 shot.

We've been thinking about adding a 60 shot to the ESi. ;) Top end, that car does well. It even stayed dead even with a very nice late 70s Vette and pulled just a little on a bone stock 98 TSI AWD. But it won't get out of it's own way on the bottom end. :( So I'm hoping that a 60 shot plus a Fidanza flywheel will help it out.
On the plus side it looks like I may be getting the '90 back on the road in a couple months. :D

Why not max the turbo out first before using Nawwws? Using N02 is kinda faking it if there's other guys with lesser setups running quicker.

Vern ran 12 flat with zero nitrous and Dave has a bigger setup and should see 11s w/o it,low 11s maybe a 10 with the squeeze but if it's another season in the 12s then is it worth it??
