Here is all that I have left to do:
Timing belt
Accessory belts
Cross members
Exhaust
Boost,vac lines
Plugs and plug wires
Re assemble interior
Mount MSD box
:D :D :D :D
Oh and my battery still had a full charge after being out of the car since october :) .
I should have it on the street saturday. Most of this weekend was spent soldering wires and getting the busted stud out of my exhaust housing of the turbo. I'll post some pics today of how everything looks so far.

So how long till you think you'll have enough miles on it to race?
Ahhh...the things I would've done to my car if I hadn't been cursed by the crankwalk fairys? I've spent a total of about $6000 dollars now on parts and labor for the past two re-builds (I've had 3 done in all)! I actually had ordered a tial 40mm WG & a FP green model turbo last year right after we had all meet up at the Village Inn in Broomfield and then went down to Wesminster. That was right after I had put 2,000miles on the car and raced it for the first time that night! It ran sooo good! Sorry David Lessler I had to beat somebody? David Landry gave me a ride in his then 18G powered car and had me hangin on for dear life, we whooped a whole lotta people that night
Anyways, I went through 2 accessory belts in 3 weeks after that and started to get some sketchy pedal play, damn, crankwalk again! So, then all my turbo money went into my current rebuild & I'm done for a while trying to build a beast of a DSM. Just having one that's a nice street terror would be good, at least it'll run for longer than 2 months....I hope:D Ahhhh...what could've been?

I think early march we should be able to start boosting the car. I want to take it really easy with this motor since I don't feel like replacing rings left and right. April I have to run the car through the smog test UGH. After that the racing head goes on :)

That is one sick looking intake manifold on your car Dave, where did you get it? and how much did it cost? How much extra HP do you think it gave you. It looks bad ass, It will be sweet once that beast is back on the road. Later

Yeah its pretty sick looking alright. Its a Venom Intake mani. I'm not really sure how much more HP I'll get but were not going to run it all year with the stock head. I'll tell you all more later in april what I decide :).
Below is a link to the finished product. (Don't mind that 1/2" hose hanging near the firewall...)
