Just went there and WOW!! Very impressive shop. These are the guys with the water pack 4 wheel dyno by the way. They are mostly Audi, BMW, and Porsche but they carry a ton of cool products. They stock Sparco everything from suits to steering wheels. All the OMP products, Red Line fluids, and too much to name. I recommend a visit if your up by 287 and 120th. These guys are racers, not a "speed shop" if you know what i mean. You know your in a good shop when the counter guys discusses driving technique and 2nd Creek times with you.

They charge 175 for the first hour, setup really, and then 125 for each additional hour. It's a really cool dyno. They take off your wheels and bolt these massive boxes to the hub, and i even made sure they had mitsu hubs. They then lower it down to the ground and it rests on these boxes. Looks like you have 35 inch square wheels when it's all said and done. They said it's the truest way to dyno because vairables like wheel weight have been removed. I'm planning on spending a day there in the near future.

Sounds like I'm definately going to have to check it out after the motor is broken in. Wanna go erron? Anyone else?

I wouldn't mind going, but man $175 is steep, not to mention possibly more for doing anything, geez.
Do they seriously charge you for their set-up time on the car Erron?

You know i'm going...haha I'm a one piece drive shaft away from being there. I don't want to blow out the worn out u-joints in their shop, not good for discounts. haha

Oh yeah thats another weak link. After I get the car broken in I'm going to put the driveshaft loop in. Techically all 12.99 second or faster cars need one.

So, if you have a carbon fiber driveshaft, does that require a loop as well? When carbon fiber driveshafts snap, they turn into thread, so no chance of it pole vaulitng your car onto the crowd... ;)

I'm just doing the aluminum one. Much cheaper than the carbon one and only 3 lbs more. Yes you need loops bigtime.
