Well, i pulled the pistons out again to look and replace the total seals. Turns out they gave me a molly ring that requires a 320 grit final hone. They basically miss-shipped them to me. It would have been ok if it wasn't a molly ring. The block was done with a 280 grit stone. The cyclinder walls are shiney like glass. The rings have a weird wear pattern where some wore in really nice but other parts of the rings barly touched the wall. I'm going to re-hone with a 240 grit this time. Looks like i'm going back to conventional rings and will have it back together by this weekend.
