Damn you really had me starin' at that picture in frustration for awhile until I remembered that you have an NT! My guess is an IC pipe post turbo?

you know that part on the right side wheel well, right behind the IC. some people saw that if you cut that out and pop rivet in some mesh, more air can get through the SMIC more efficiently.
