New Turbo Platform

What about the new 2.4L Turbo's going in the Neons 215hp w/ a hell of a hp to weight ratio! They are going to put them in the PT's & some other concept car as well.

Yeah, I saw a little blurb in Sports Compact Car.

It seems pretty nice and with a turbo charged engine...hey! :)

If I remember correctly though, they were saying close to 20K and maybe a tad over? If that's the case, then I'd say it's a bit pricy. It'd be more attractive if they could keep the price around the 17K mark. At least in comparison to a base price of roughly 13k for the current Neons.

In either case, the more turbo charged cars we have floating around the better. :D

From experience with my neon I would say that the new 2.4l turbo will be a low 14 second car up here.
