Flushing radiator!

So my antifreeze is this nice, rust/brown/green color so I thought I should flush it out before summer. What is the best combination to go with. Ive heard of water wetter and water, or anti-freeze and water, or all three. Also where can I take the antifreeze to dispose of it?

colorado waist desposal says that you should obsorb your antifreeze with oil zorb... This means dump a bag of kitty litter into your bucket of antifreze and mix with a stick. Then just throw it away...
