and less than a Black Hole
for it did come off
at 100 MPH
at a most aggregious time
against a BMW
I did hear a pop and a large sucking noise
that did rattle my soul

Man that was really annoying to have happen on 6th while I was racing (and beating) a BMW... heh heh heh... I got it back on, but I'm still ticked...

Anyhow, I just got the 550s in the mail today... Can I use them before I get the AFC? Whats gonna happen if I put them in?

i think it would just run a bit richer wouldn't it? Do you have a sir fuel gauge?? if so watch that

Ugh... Got the 550s in and I'm just letting the car sit and let the fuel that spilled out evaporate before I drive it...

Yes - you'll run a bit on the rich side. Probably quite a bit, but not enough to cause the motor to die @ a stoplight.
