Bandi Results weds night

Well both vern and I were struggling all night. We were mainly running mid to low 13's at the same mph trap we do when we run 12's ;). I won't be at the next T&T since I'll be swapping heads. The new head will have crower springs and retainers and it will be o-ringed. I should have the car back together in time for the T&T on the 29th.

No shit on that. One decent run, a 13.1. That was tuned richer than the 12.8 run by design. Just to see about the knock sums and more timing. She was richer and slower for it.

My 60 ft's were horrible after that. I was thinking the 1.9's were bad and tried experimenting. I'd call it more of messing up and killing $30, hehe. Some examples of my great 60fts were 3.07, 5.11 and then a 2.53. I got in four runs before leaving at 7:30 to catch the Av's and a few beers.

Oh well, practice and experimentation is all good. :rolleyes:

I also was struggling, my 60' sucked, out of 5 runs I hit 1 good 60' at 1.878 the rest were 2.0 -2.2's:(
My et's were in mostly 14.2's

yea andrew is fast... it's not far i tell ya.. with the help of some slicks i think he will be mid to low 12's with a 1.8 60" time that car would hang with dave... j/k

So,what is the fastest FWD DSM to run at Bandi? I can't recall any in the 13s from recent memory.

i dont know about that, that would kinda suck cuz i really dont have much and i think i could do much better with slicks. I havent really seen any lists with fwd times from this state so i wouldnt really know maybe dave knows

i was but me and my freind have been datalogging the car for about a week and havent seen any problems i didnt start to lean out till about 24psi but i thought running 23psi at the track may have been pushing it

if you want i have a nippon denso 210lph pump i could let go. i don't think it will do me much good if i run a 20g or a green.:p

Nick Reining ran a 13.7 - 13.9 with a 91 FWD. Mostly ran consistant low 14s. Hopefully next year we'll have the Spyder modded enough for low 13s - high 12s. :D

I might tweak mine up to 18psi with some 101 at the next club clash but I'll wait till I do the upgrades before going to 20psi.

I think I have a realistic shot at solid high 12s before I need to go with a front mount.

Hmmm,I debating to go to Bandi on the 29th but I have to work that night but I feel a cold coming on...hehe.;)

I would like to meet the people (and cars) I hear about but have never met yet.
