More troubles...

Well last night I put some NGK 6's in. Turned the fuel map back up and the only time it would run correctly was when it was lean. If I put the map another 4-6% higher it would just misfire. My guess is the coils are flaking out. The wires and plugs are brand new but the coils are over 10 years old. New ones should be here today so we'll see what happens tomorrow when I get them installed.

On a side note my 6 point cage showed up last night :). This is going to be fun to install.

IMO the 7's would just make it worse.

TMO doesn't tell ya when they go out :(

My friend who had our '90 before us had that same problem and it turned out to be the coil. Of course after that it was the Crane ignition, but that's another story. :rolleyes: Ours should be up and running in a couple weeks! Yippee! :D
