I dumped the stock intake... here is the new setup... from the UNDERside of the manifold.

Nope... that won't give me any "testing" time.

Hey - are those bears in the background standard NAWZ_DSM issue? :)
Looks REALLY nice, but I guess I don't understand why? The stock intake mani is good for mid to low 11s w/o all the nice red & blue plumbing...

A couple of reasons:
1) It's polished :)
2) It's lighter :)
3) I want to REALLY pound on Louie!
Seriously though, the stock intake manifold makes peak HP at around 6600 rpms. Because I've raised the rev limiter and
done some other things, I want to keep my power band higher.
I'm also looking at all of the things I can do to increase air flow into/through the motor.
Besides, with my driving style... I give up at least a half of a second so I need all the help I can get.
