No need to pay anymore, as enough people stepped up to cover the hosting and xfer costs for the next year.

This is actually a CODSM gathering, I'm suprised they posted it on COSR. I would think they wouldn't want to invite all of the riceboys...but I know the guy Kenny who's hosting, he's really cool, it should be alot of fun. Hopefully I won't have to work.

And if you guys need directions, I know where the place is, it's literally a minute from Flatirons...

I have no idea where it is

Around 10 minutes from Boulder...it might be easier just to meet somewhere in the Flatirons lot, I can't give street names from there for shit...

Hmm, sounds like it may be fun after all. Seeing it on COSR, I thought it would be, you know, a ricer get-together. That's why I posted it here. IDK though, I don't know ANYBODY here, so I'm not sure if I'll be going. I'm only 18 with a 99 GSX, so a lot of people won't like me right off. I might though. Is anybody here or over at CODSM around my age? You guys seem cool, but I know that some DSM crouds can be pretty tight.

There are a few select members that you might feel are hard to get along with. I'm very easy to get along with. Althought I won't be attending this event. Some of us have a race to prep for. Thats right everyone IDRC is just around the corner.

Very easy? Yeah right!! Just kidding!! Most of the dsm guys/gals are truly great, and very easy to get along with. A lot of the new members are a little cocky usally because they really don't have the knowledge to not be yet. I'll be 28 in july, so your not too far off from me. James Prowis is 17, i think he is the closest to you. See you there!

Yeah! I'm for it!! :) I'll bring extra anti freeze and water so I won't over heat this next time. And have a fixed boost controller to keep the boost from popping up to 35 psi (oops!) and not even noticing it.
Anyway. If any are interested, SC is getting bigger amongst the DSMers and for good reason. That track rocks!!!

I'm 18, almost 19. Actually, I think I may have talked to you a while ago on COSR long before the paying shit happened. I used to be in Boulder for school.

Anyways, everyone I've met from the board, and almost everyone from CODSM I've met is cool. I think some of you guys might know who I'm talking about...You should try to come, unfortunately I'm not sure if I'll be able to now because of work, but we'll see.

the DSM day at second creek sounds like fun, but I don't know if I would run my car at all. Just the other night my brakes got hot and mushy with a few quick stops on the street so I could imagine what would happen on the track.

Jason and others. you do not have to race to show up. In fact, I went there 2 times before i raced just to see what it was like and learn a lil from the people who drove on it.
And the best thing about that, was that you don't have to pay to spectate or even ride in someones car!!! Not to mention you are safe from breaking anything since you're not driving your car. :)
... I should ride more often in other peoples cars, myself, because you can learn alot that way. Not to mention you still have lots of fun ridding too.

Well next time something is happening there then I will make it a point to show up for it.

Hey Hal, I really apologize for posting this meet on this board. I had no idea it was a CODSM meet. I just saw it on COSR, and figured everybody and their mom was invited, and I wanted to see if some down to earth people would be going (that's why I posted it on here). So I hope I didn't cause any more trouble.
Anyway, you guys seem really cool. I may see you there (I've gota ask first). If not, I'll probably see you around some other time.

Hal

Posting it here causes no problems as far as we are concerned.

I just thought it prudent that those who are not CoDSM members be advised to contact the hosts before showing up.

Obviously, as far as we are concerned, RMDsm members may attend whatever events they desire without fear of retribution.

But it would suck to show up, and then be asked to leave because you were not supposed to be there in the first place.
