can you/would you, put a Starion FMIC in a 93 TSI.
Would it be as worthy as going with a little larger 3rd party, new, FMIC, or a waste of time and effort.
They seem to be available for MUCH less then I've seen new 3rd party ones.
It has a long, funky pipe on one side, anyone have any experience squeezing one into a 1G talon
all reasonable input accepted humbly !

No clue... Youre looking to make your own kit or modify an existing kit or what?
If it was such a good I/C you'd see it used more often.
It's not really worth the effort (IMO).
Save your money and get a good Spearco core base FMIC.

Ditto what Hal said. It's a moderate upgrade from the stock interheater, but it isn't all that efficient.
Get a real FMIC.

I have a Starion IC that was given to me and that was over a year ago and it never to be installed and I'm just saving for a real front mount.

Ya Dave,
Park your car down here at food warehouse next Saturday, then take a nice long ride w/ Sherry. I'll bring some tools and I'll have the FMIC, the radiator, and your skinny fans out before you know it !!
I'll loop the radiator hoses together so you can limp it home !!
