I have lately been having some weird problems with my car. when it is driven hard it will strart with a hesitation that turns into full violent bucking(fuel cut?) after a while. if i let up on the throttle it is ok. after the car is shut down, it will have trouble ideling when i restart it. i don't think it's from too much boost. the problem is better when it's cold out. it also will happen when i'm low on fuel or when the a/c is running. an old hot rodder said it sounded like vapor lock. i've never heard of that on fuel injected cars though. anyway, i have looked all over the dsm sites and never heard of anything just like this. anyone with any ideas would be appriciated.
thanks,
jason

If you are using fuel with ethanol mixed in, the ethanol is prone to "boiling in the rail", which will create something similar to vapor lock.

Usually fuel cut is worse in cold weather, so I doubt that you are hitting it.

What boost level are you running, and what's your mod list?

That exactly what my car use to do before it finally blew up..
It's sound like it could be detonating... If not change the spark plugs and oil and see if a guy with a 1g dataloger will datalog it for you... It could be wires too... datalog it soon before high boost again...just my 2 cents though
