View Full Version : Black smoke means very rich right?

I get a black puff out the tail pipe when I get on the throttle. It is only for a split second and only happens when I just get on it. I am pretty sure it is because I am rich but I just need a second opinion. It's solid black like diesel exhaust.

What have you added to the car to make it start throwning the black smoke? (i.e. Bigger Injectors, Adj. FPR, etc....)

Stand-alone and 625cc injectors. It was ill tuned at the time. I knew it was because of it being rich but I just wanted to double check.

Yeah, I remeber the days of tuning mine out when i added the bigger injectors. That was a pain in the a$$.
