Oil seepage into spark plug holes...

When I changed my plugs last week I noticed that there was a tiny bit of oil seeping through the spark plug gaskets. Is this a sign that a worse leak is coming or is that fairly normal??

Its more likely the sign of either bad gaskets or a loose valve cover.
