Purchase thermonuclear weaponry, take over the world, that sort of thing. Oh, and sow utter chaos through the galaxy.

Got my Dave Brode UICP today so sometime I'm gonna pull the valve cover and the other UICP from the TB and get'em powdercoated before installation. Debating DSMlink prior to spring and a new FPR and cams.
Alan.
Lots of go fast AND cosmetic AND sound AND safety goodies.
Ok, I've shared enough now, hehe. :p
The manual steering rack went in today. :D
Oh and I've started up my "DSM Service." So if you guys need some work done, let me know. I'm way cheaper than any shop or dealer and I'm better. ;)

Im not sure if i want to start the 2.4l swap project, or get my suspension, and front mount done. Either way im gonna get my fuel system done.
-Dallas J
Parts have begun to arrive for my stroker motor :)
It's amazing how cheap I can do this for... given that I have a
block and head... I can get all of the other stuff for well under $1k by using my "connections".

Well, let's see...
Just installed the wideband, working flawlessly...(thanks Hal)
More brackets welded to the cage, tied into the A-pillar mostly.
Building a custom intake manifold-secret project...gotta change the welder over to aluminum for this one..
Hoosier slicks-275/30/18
14.1 inch, 6 piston brakes, with aluminum hats- custom fabrication
Carbon fiber rear diffuser..
Plastic drop guard on the lip spoiler, removes the high pressure area from under the car....
And the usually onslaught of tiny projects...or whatever breaks next...
:p

Hi how's it goin'?? This is my first post, I hope to be here for a while. I don't know if you guys are interested in my winter project but here it is:
I am building a hybrid 4G64 2.4, with a 4G63 head. Custom turbo setup, and possibly nitrous to spool the turbo (depends on if I go with a FP Green or Red) The thought has entered my brain about doing an AWD conversion. I know its been done, but I haven't really researched it yet.
Oh by the way I have a 1997 GS Spyder.
If you have any ideas, or if any of you are doing this, please let me know. I would love to hear from local people about it.

Fuel pump, injectors and maybe a front mount but I gotta get some fix-its done first like my rear bearing on the passenger side and I have a front axle that's gone bad. Then I'm gonna work on some cosmetics like the lower window trim and repaint the cowl under the wipers and just make sure the car is sound for next race season.

I'm gonna try and get the 'ole Galant turboed before next IDRC :)
I picked up a '90 Galant GSX (2.0 NT AWD) for $2900 .
Fortunately most of the go-fast stuff off my '92 Eclipse will fit .
Even the Thermal-R. exhaust , except its about 6 inches too short.......
I've got the stock 14B turbo (ported) and exhaust mani. , and all the IC stuff ( I hope)
Currently scouting for bigger injectors.
I'm not gonna switch to a turbo ECU , I already have a S-AFC.
Anybody tried this before ?? I just need another head to check myself :D

Who has DSMlink installed and tuned?
What are your comments, suggestions, etc. about how it?
How did the install and tuning go?
Any problems with it?

It's the cable that goes between cars so they can play together, like the playstation.:p

hehehe...
Seriously though... outside of the Dave & Tom (who sell the DSMLink)... I probably know more about it than anyone else.
I wrote the Palm based client software for it :)

I thought Dave and Tom made Ice Cream!
Really, In that case I guess I'm coming to you when I get it.
Actually I knew you had it from Dave showing me your car. Sweeeet!
I'm not doing any more mod's except my DB UICP until I get DSMlink and tune the S**t out of what I've got.
16G P&C'd, injen intake, ported EM, ported O2, 2.5" turbo back with cat. 550cc injectors, Extreme Technologies High flow/High pressure fuel pump, Extreme XBC MBC.
Should I get a new FPR and guage before or with the DSMlink. What FPR would you recommend? I heard the B&M won't adjust low enough or something like that.
What Palm Pilot can I get and what's the minimum PC requirements?
I'll research more in depth myself before I ask any more questions and before I am ready to buy it.
Thanks, Alan. :)

Hmmm, where shall I start. First and foremost I must replace the timing belt and associated parts on the '95 ESi, along with a new clutch (probably a Centerforce mated to a Fidanza flywheel), both o2 sensors, cam seals, valve cover gasket, and CAS o-ring.
Looks like I'll be getting the valve guide seals replaced for the head on the '90 Talon and driving that more often. :D Also, a cv joint needs replaced before I do any hard launches with it next year.
Provided we keep the Spyder then I'd like to get some goodies for it as X-mas gifts for Jenni, but I can't say what or she might read this.
Other than all that I would just love to get a either a datalogger or Pocketlogger for the '90 Talon, an OBD II software for both the 2Gs, or maybe the new AFX ECU for the ESi. But only time will tell.

I don't think I'll be doing anything major. If I do it will require an 1/8" tube bender:cool:

Well, first of all keeping the SOB running! :p Thanks to Cody for all of his help so far.
Well, I know I am getting something for the car from my g/f. Don't know what it is, but it should be a smaller go fast goodie! We'll see. Sometime after the first of the year I will finally get some exhaust on the GSX. Soon after that a DP and 2nd Gen Mani with a ported O2 housing.
Should be fun! :)
