Sounds like fun. I don't know too many of the HAI guys. What's the headcount so far from the HAI board?

I will already be in Denver that weekend, so it's just a short drive for me. Who else is going from RMDSM??

It's sounding like there will be well over 100 cars and a few groups are planning a mountain cruise so I hope the weather can maybe be in the 60s would be nice.

Depending on how things turn out with an upcoming problem for me... I may be wanting out there :) someone at work is trying to get me in serious trouble... so I may be forced to move into the dorms again which will kill me :(

No,it's in Castle Rock just off the main drag off of I25 near the courthouse.

According to 9news it is suppose to get up to 60 on Sunday, so I am still planning on attneding. Someone else better show up, I don't feeling being the only DSM rolling into a honda event lol...

I think there will be several DSMs representin'. Of course Hondas will be prominent but I think there will be quite a diverse group out there including some domestic iron.

Its easy to get to...Ive been there several times.

Farthest north exit..
Head west,
Left at light by gas station...either 1st or 2nd light depending on which way you come from.
then right down the road...cant miss it.

Oh, and you can see it from the highway if you look.

After voicing my opinion and sorta defending COSR on HAI I probably shouldn't go... It seems like some of those guys would like to start sh!^ with anyone not banned from COSR.

It's your loss but I don't think people give a crap,just show up and have fun. The core group of HAI could care less for all that drama.
This isn't some high school wannabe gangsters/rice boy meet,there's gonna be some nice rides out there along with decent people. Just cause there's some grumps on a car board it isn't a reason to avoid having fun.

If you see me out there come up and introduce yourself and you won't have any atitude from me. I should have the only burgundy/black 1st gen out there plus I have a diamond star on the doors.

Naw, I quit drooling over Dave's car a long time ago. Actually I never drooled, when I first saw it I didn't even know what the hell I was looking at. A few pretty nice cars, and a bunch of wanna bes ;)

Hehe I think my exhaust is throwing the CEL.... sounds like one of my O2 housing to DP bolts came off again... and maybe thats accounting for my part throttle knock too on occasion... as the leak can be very loud....

yeah I went. Got some good pics but really did not talk to anyone. Because I didn't know who to look for on the inside. I chilled in the parking lot talking to people who were poping their hoods. The only dsm person I met was the guy parked next to Daves car in the white 2g with a 16g fwd. He's cool. They were some nice cars. Moderate meeting. Liked the wrx's and of course got some pics of the 500hp beast. Wished you were there though so I could get introduced to some more dsm people. Got a pic of every dsm. pretty much twice. loved the tsi and gsx's. It was cool I saw atleast 4-5 turbo hondas. Next time when we have a met I will claim a dsm as my own. but it won't be running.
Man after I did that I went to Castle rock and went shoppin.
Sorry for not talking to much people but I will definently come in and say something next time. When I left those parts everyone was In the parking lot and my Mom would not take me back.

nope I only talked to people who were in the parking lot when I was there. Only one dsmer was in the lot when I was there. I should have stayed longer but my mom rushed me. I know I probably got a picture of your ride though.

Yeah it was a fun get together. Went and picked up Alan then met Patrick and his g/f at the house. Drove down together which was an interesting drive :cool: . Certain individuals could not decide who wanted to be in front of the other hehe :p .

On the way back I was just cruizing then I heard a Pffff. I was like wtf I wasn't boosting. So I mash the gas and the guage is reading 5 in vac. Get home and my lower ic came off. Oh well the turbo is coming off this week to get rebuilt for next season.
