Subject: Buschur 3" exhaust

I recently purchased a 3" DP, 3" test pipe, and 3" exhaust for my 95 TSi AWD from you. Some of the brackets are welded at angles that make them impossible to bolt up, and the routing on the exhaust places it in a bad location resting against the rear diff when bolted to stock locations... The rear bracket for the DP is off by approximately 3" and could not possibly ever bolt up to both the O2 housing AND the stock body mount location. The dual mount area had to be JACKED into location because lifting it there did not do the trick. and the rear mount on the main exhaust pipe is off by about 2".... I plan on ordering more things from Buschur in the future, but I am uncertain with this level of workmanship that I've been shown.

Jake,

Was this a FWD system or an AWD? What year is your vehicle.

Should have bought a Thermal..I can guarantee that all the hangers work with the stock hangers. And it fits perfect under the bumper.

I like the sound of the Buschur. I like that it has NO flanges ( I hate useless weight) and I like the DP... so I figured I'd save s/h charges and get the whole thing in one place. Not to mention I will NOT be a thermal lemming

well, the DP is top quality stuff, $300 for mandrel bent 2g awd, w/ a flange that goes to the O2 and no rear flange (you use SS bands to connect it) And the test pipe is $75 but WAY not worth the money, go to a muffler shop and ask for a 3" pipe that has two belled ends that will slip over a 3" round section. It will cost you like $20 max. As for the exhaust, it's $450 and it includes the exhaust pipe from the cat/test pipe back to the dynomax muffler, which has a 3" outlet pipe to a 4" tip. It was the one that was on my car. But if you buy from them, I'm sorry, ghetto damn welder they have must be a drunk monkey.
